Couple looking for a decent stay
The staff was genuinely nice, they tried to make things work even when the pool was just a cesspool. I reached out for clean towels and they got them to me right away, despite the overall chaos around the place.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still reasonable for what we got.

The kids loved how close we were to Oglethorpe Mall and Savannah State University. We made some great family memories exploring the area. The pool was a nice touch, but a bit cooler than expected. The staff was helpful finding us a local pizza spot.
In my wife’s opinion, they need better noise control. It was tough to keep the kids asleep with people walking around in the parking lot late at night.

The two queen beds were comfy, and the location is perfect to hit the historical stuff. The pet area is a bonus for animal lovers. Plus, I found it super convenient that there were great snack options everywhere. Our room was clean, so that was a win.

Kinda rough around the edges
Spent a night in this King Room, and wow, was it a mix! The front desk lady was super chill and empathetic. But we found water on the floor, no shampoo, and a couple of dead bugs on the towels. gross! The fridge and microwave did work, though. Just know it’s noisy and don’t expect a clean room without asking a bunch of times.

Unexpected troubles during stay
The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff tried their best to assist us, even under pressure during our stay.

I needed a simple place to sleep and thought Motel 6 would be fine. The location is convenient, right between the airport and downtown Savannah. The room was clean, and check-in was quick. The shower had good pressure, which was nice after a long day of travel. Unfortunately, I faced multiple issues. The air conditioning was not working properly, and it made the night uncomfortable. I also noticed a bit of noise from outside, which made it hard to sleep. A slight odor in the hallway was also a bit off-putting. A little more attention to maintenance and cleanliness could really enhance the stay. I appreciated the budget-friendly price, but the discomfort and noise were drawbacks that made me hesitate about returning.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We were close to Oglethorpe Mall and Grayson Stadium, making it easy to explore. The check-in was smooth, and everything was pretty straightforward. Just know that it's a budget spot, so don't expect a fancy breakfast.
The room was noisy. I didn't sleep well due to constant sounds from outside and other guests.

Free wifi worked great, but I found the room not very clean.

Checked in but faced numerous issues. The room was filthy, missing basic amenities like towels and soap. even worse, the air conditioning didn’t function. A loud incident occurred on the property during my stay, and my room was noisy due to barking dogs. It made for a very disappointing experience, turning a simple stay into a stressful event.

i had a pleasant experience at motel 6-savannah, ga, midtown. the staff was super friendly, especially the lady at the front desk, who made the check-in process a breeze. the location is great, close to historic attractions, and i really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and free wi-fi!
the room could use better cleaning practices, though.

missingWrote a review on May 06convenient locationvending machinesdirty floors
The location proves convenient for those traveling, sitting nicely between the airport and the historic areas. Basic amenities, like vending machines with snacks and drinks, present hassle-free options for a quick bite.
The experience quickly soured when the card reader in the initial room broke, leading to an unsettling room change. Late-night disturbances turned alarming when someone pounded on the door, with the manager choosing to yell rather than calmly verify the situation via the room phone. To top it off, the sink barely drained, forcing us to manage water use awkwardly, and the floors felt filthy even after just one step, adding to the discomfort. Unfortunately, service issues, like lack of regular room cleaning and maintenance responsiveness, left a bad taste.
